Are you a gluten-freebie? Paleoista (not a word) perhaps?
I haven't committed to either of these, but tend to dabble in each, just for curiosity sake.

I do only buy brown rice or quinoa pasta, but never gluten free bread. However, I had a coupon for a loaf of Rudi's Gluten-Free Multigrain Bread that I used recently. I must say, going from Great Harvest Bread to gluten-free bread is quite a jump, but I didn't hate it! It toasted well and could hold up a nice scoop of skyr, so that is all that really matters :)
I don't think I'll be giving up wheat or dairy anytime soon, but man, I feel like the whole world is either eating Paleo or gluten-free these days!
Some people say that nothing tastes as good as skinny feels, but I'm not convinced.
Ice cream is PRREETTY damn good.

Still rocking the pumpkin butter, topped with Siggi's blueberry skyr. Never gets old.
I also recently made a brown rice pasta dish with chicken, roasted butternut squash, broccoli, kalamata olives, and organic tomato basil pasta sauce.
I sprinkled on some goat cheese after this picture was taken, and it was so good that I couldn't stop eating it to take another picture. Sorry.
Simple and delicious.

Ok, that is enough gluten free talk. I need to share a recent (and totally gluttonous) obsession that I have recently discovered but have yet to devour. It is called Gourdough's and it will be in my life in t-minus 3 weeks. The Mr. and I will be in Austin and I have put this place on my eat list!

Gourdough's is known for seriously over-the-top doughnuts. Not healthy AT ALL (like...your pancreas may walk right out on you at the sight of these bad boys), but so worth it.
It has received rave reviews and media attention for being one of the best food trucks in Austin, so I am not sure why we haven't eaten there yet, but that is ok. There is a time for everything, and in 3 weeks, it will be big honkin doughnut time for this gal.
