Yesterday, we celebrated the bravest, strongest, most beautiful woman I know!
I woke up starving, but was quickly satisfied with this english muffin topped with Wild Squirrel Pretzel Pizzaz.
Toasted carbs with peanut butter never gets old :)
Can we just take a moment to admire all of this fresh nutrition! I'm in love.
However, I decided to forgo cooking these vegetables for a fun Mother's Day pizza lunch!
I ordered 3 gluten-free pizzas from Russo's Pizzeria, and despite being barely warm once I finally got them home, the flavor was very good! Probably much better when hot.
New York Village
Heart Healthy Veggie
and Buffalo Chicken.
All split between 5 very hungry motha lovas :)
My sweet sister contributed greens for eating...
AND for gazing!
I mean...do sisters GET any cuter???
No. No they do not.
My eats, plus one slice of the Buffalo Chicken.
I'm not a huge Buffalo Chicken person, but sometimes I get hit with an insatiable craving for that buffalo-y (??) flavor. Yesterday was one of those days. Sa-tis-fied.
My lovely Mom.
We surprised her with some Williams-Sonoma goodies.
The 3 Musketeers!
Love others, love yourself, be kind, be patient, eat well, shake your booty, and make the best out of life's challenges. A smooth sea never made a skilled sailor!
You are loved! Happy Monday!
